Making the Kaaba’s Kiswa is a project developed by the Effective Impact Technology Company (EIT), in partnership with the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Kaaba’s Kiswa. The application allows visitors of the complex to immerse themselves in the virtual reality experience of making the Kiswa, engaging in a unique journey of understanding the complex, the various stages of the Kiswa’s manufacturing process, and the efforts put into its creation with excellence and mastery.
The project showcases the use of modern technology to provide an interactive and engaging experience of Kiswa manufacturing to people all around the world.
The application enables users to learn about the various stages of making the Kiswa through an immersive experience of its five stages, using virtual reality technologies. These stages include:
- Dyeing Stage
- Printing Stage
- Embroidering the gilded parts
- Weaving Stage
- Assembly Stage
